Ingredients

  • 3 parts Brinley’s Gold St. Kitts Coconut Rum
  • 1 part X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
  • Splashes of pear and cranberry juice
  • shake over ice, rim glass with strawberry glace
  • add flaked coconut rim
  • strain into a martini glass

Instructions

  1. Notes: Although many will need to substitute a lower proof and sweeter coconut rum, the key to the balanced taste is the 70� Brinley’s Gold St. Kitts Coconut Rum. The very versatile and flavorful X-Rated Fusion Liqueur makes it pink and blends perfectly. Find the strawberry glace in the produce section, add the flake coconut and watch the heads turn.
