Ingredients

  • 4 Parts Moonstone Coconut Lemongrass Sake
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 3 drops coconut cream
  • Shake Well
  • Rim with Stirrings Passion Fruit Rimmer
  • Strain into Martini glass
  • Garnish with lemon wheel, coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Notes: This light and refreshing cooler is one that will work on any tropical drink or Martini menu. Discovering Sake a an occasional alternate to spirits will keep the guest around a bit longer and could lead to second cocktail sales. Sake will also be good to your pouring costs and bottom line profits. Sake bombs with flavored sake are making the rounds!
